Nice, a copyright dispute on my channel was rejected, even though the copyrighted material was used with permission of the artist, it was educational and it was a review... This should be fair use, but now I'm potentially risking a claim on my channel if I dispute again...

Personally I wouldn't do those anymore man! Labels are blood thirsty and I guess feedback streams are being targeted! I know
@venustheory did them and got striked a few times1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

I only get claims, which is fine. But when I then dispute it because it's fair use then they should retract the claim and not reject my dispute. I am thinking of not doing feedback sessions on the end of my streams, just only in feedback streams.

Yeah I just don't do them anymore for this exact reason. To clarify though I only got claims and not a strike - I just stopped doing them before risking a strike

Yeah but that is wrong tho, you shouldn't be risking a strike for making educational comments on a song which the original artist has given permission for...
@TeamYouTube please respond and share your thoughts on this.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
Doesn't surprise me one bit there again is no response from @TeamYouTube... They never respond to me, while they have the time to respond to other people all the time. You would think this matter is more important than a new upload tool nobody asked for!
