I don’t know who orchard music is or what they represent. But they falsely copyright everything on YouTube . And @YouTube has yet to do anything about that company from making false claims

I talked about this years ago when the Orchard striked a video of mine where I used a piece of public domain music to demonstrate an educational subject. To this date the claim is still up and I disabled monetization on the video to make sure they don't get any revenue.

They striked me because some unknown third party had remastered and re-released the public domain music, probably without consent of the original artist, then signed it up with the Orchard for copyright protection.

So apparently, when a piece of music loses its copyright, you can simply re-release it under a totally irrelevant label and no connection to the original artists, then sign up for copyright and the Orchard will then start collecting money over work that isn't even yours...
