I don't actually like this tweet, I hate it. 
I knew this weekend before even looking at the stats that cases were on the rise in Queens, because the sirens in my neighborhood (live 1/2 mile from Elmhurst Hospital) were increasingly frequent, like at the beginning of the pandemic in March/April.

It feels like I've been hearing more frequent sirens as well. I have the great pleasure of living directly across the street from a hospital.

Haven’t heard as many, although I am close to hospitals now. But the sound travels differently in here- in kg they bounced in from the high way and I was also a Main Street to Jamaica hospital. I don’t know if I can go back to sirens all the time. Not to mention the morgue truck
