yet consuming adds a taste for future reference in guidance, not all fruit nor potato, is equal.
Sense making should be of all the senses, we are likely to laugh at the stomach being thought of as the brain, yet determinate thought can see why this idea was popular.

By creating are you the conduit of consumption? If I create (write) a book the pencil is consumed. If I play music, I slowly consume the strings tension or the electricity for the amp. Does creativity require consumption?
Consciously consuming to create, commands cognition! 😆

True, you cannot create without consuming. My point is more that you learn more from writing a book than you do from reading one.
