Confession: I don’t love dunking on people in a quote tweet but this was too good to pass up and I think it’s an important (and hopefully amusing) reframe. Humans are a fundamentally social animal after all. Connection is a physiological need. Loneliness is a drive not a failing.

Word. It’s good to find power in solitude, but the individual is illusory and fleeting—the part can never become the whole.
