I agree. I think of spirituality as re-humanizing yourself, or re-embodying what it is to be human because we’ve all become dissociated or misplaced in that way of being.

Something guiding me lately is improvements to well-being from proper spiritual work can be mysterious, dramatic, impossible to ignore. More controlling or theoretical work is rarely so transformative. More likely it’s just a fragile imagining of what was predicted.
