        @arqbackup I purchased Arq 2. When I launched Arq 3 it immediately said that my trial had expired. That doesn’t seem right.

        @mjtsai It's a $15 upgrade. If you don't want to upgrade you can continue using arq 2 http://www.haystacksoftware.com/arq/Arq_2.9.2.zip …

        @arqbackup I do want to upgrade. I just think it’s weird that existing customers don’t get to try before buying, while new ones do.

        @mjtsai Oh. You're right. I guess I didn't handle that one very well. Sorry. Send me email and I'll send instructions on fixing that.

        @arqbackup I’ve already upgraded. Arq is one of my top three favorite software purchases of the past few years.

        @arqbackup That said, it’s completely non-obvious to me how I can select which folders should go to Glacier, and your forum is down.

        @arqbackup I'm trying to upgrade, but on the page I'm sent to, I can only choose to buy a new license for $29. What should I do?

        @rdewever Download and launch Arq 3. Click the Buy Now button to buy the upgrade for $15.

        @arqbackup I did. The Arq 3 license-upgrade-menu leads me to this page: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/25065/Arq.png

        @rdewever When you pick "Buy License" from Arq's menu it takes you to a web page?
