Agencies separated "performance" marketing - ie PPC from branding campaigns for 2 reasons. 1) PPC is labor intensive w/low budgets. 2) It protects profitable branding campaigns from being held to performance outcomes. This ignores reality that ALL marketing is outcome based.

It seems fishy (because these emails are very poorly written) but they do have some high quality domains.
