In your appeals form I can't seem to "Add additional" to channels with a similar name. I assume that this should be an option given the fact you use "channels" in the plural form.pic.twitter.com/ZGFhF5m3yU

even fixing this wouldn't address the copycat channels for which we can't hunt down URLs with a search - they imitate our / other YTer's names to spam abusive comments (though i was in a hurry and answered 'no' to this question
