That aside, I bet the parking situation is a horror.
It can be a bit of a nightmare, just trying to get a bus after work takes twice as long in traffic. 1st world problem granted.
But I wouldn't take the festival away for anything. It's heartbeat of city. If only Council did more to support indy business.
