    Where crew started in Chicago, and where we are bringing it back. Talent is always evenly distributed, opportunity is not. We must take, and create, opportunity wherever there is talent. That’s everywhere.

    It is absolutely a beautiful thing when children from the inner city have a chance to get out on the river, feel that peace, be part of a team, and row. So glad we are creating opportunity! Please check out the documentary- I promise you it will inspire you.
