Twitter’s free to do what they want. I disagree with the lack of neutrality/1A protection but—like everyone else—I’m free to stop using it. FWIW, while we’re here, I’d be totally OK with banning Buzzfeed too.

My view has nothing to do with ZH’s content, I’d defend Twitter’s right to ban any account they want. Twitter has never claimed to be a neutral institution. It’s a free service—if anyone doesn’t like it, they’re free to quit. Despite the faux outrage, doubt anyone will.

It's about arbitrary and permanent bans, without recourse, by a de facto public forum which has excellent block and mute features.

I've also grown dissatisfied with their content but I dont see why they should have been banned from Twitter. Also they still had some really good, well-researched finance pieces every now and again
