    Cool to see push forward with a tokenized debt issuance against his NBA contract. This is the continuation of a 15y trend of younger fans following players over teams, kicked off by LeBron. The logical end-state is complete financialization of fandom.

    NBA fandom in 2019 is extremely financialized. Short-term contracts have increased FA velocity making the season year-long. Players and draft picks are "assets" and options, assessed on "value". The extremely legibility of this is the natural end state of Hinkie/Morey's work.

    Given recent controversy, my opinion: Indian food is good. Given a dozen+ regional varieties, odds are, you'll find something you like. Not all Indian food is spicy, almost all of it is flavorful. Suggesting Indian food is categorically "bad" isn't racist but it is boring.
