    If you enjoy SQL queries, you will definitely enjoy this blog post :-)

    It will probably not surprise you that we’re using Redash to track our business metrics. As those are pretty much standard for all SaaS businesses, we thought it will be useful to share the SQL query we use to calculate these metrics.

    Doing now: writing a blog post titled "We did NOT update our Privacy Policy". Yes, we didn't have to update our PP because -- 1) had the foresight to write them in a GDPR compliant manner 2 years ago; 2) we don't abuse your personal data. ✌️

    "It's an open platform" <- that's the most important thing in today's Intercom release for me. We were already making plans to switch off Intercom because of how closed it was until now. Depends on whether the new platform delivers, we will probably stay. 👌

    I wonder if for a moment he and others on that thread stopped to think about the fact that they might be subject to propaganda too...

    What concerns me more are the people who are evidently consuming the propaganda and when presented with evidence like this, deny all possibility that their opinions or biases could be exploited.
