The reasoning was that the company was "not as fast as it can be".

3) whoop is best if you want to shit talk to your friends (well well, look who had a late night!). also best if you are training seriously and want to know which days you should push yourself harder. mostly useful if you’re not super in sync w your body and don’t already know.

1) the only one that actually improves your metrics is the eight sleep. sleeping better is the real mvp and as such i highly recommend the eight sleep. it’ll lower your RHR and improve your HRV. the measurements are not as accurate as whoop/oura tho
