Yeah the joystick is not only analog, it also has force feedback. It’s actually a super long stick from under the panel with the extra mechanical parts. Consolizing the board would take some work, it’s doable, but acquiring the joystick itself to work with this is rare and $$$$$
Those joysticks can be had for $300 on average used. Folks use them for monkey ball, sega strike fighter, and a few other game variants. I scored a simillar stick with a Sky Target PCB. I need to find wiring for it so I can use it. Also I need to sort out how to potentially wire it to a panel for Monkeyball, or other Sega titles. GalaxyForce2 comes to mind.pic.twitter.com/ns8cik0QVM
