Clearly fragile stickers on my box doesn't matter. $150 and 4 days to ship my bench and have it crushed, bent, and destroyed. I've been using you for years, but THIS is completely unacceptable.

I fought for 2 months with them over this, that kind of bend can only come from having dropped the box from a height. They claimed "it was packed improperly". At the end, they wouldn't even admit fault, even when they paid for it. I had to put a disclaimer on bench sales :/
