Updating all my MiSTer cores to go with the latest official MiSTer framework. This should enable the "direct video" output. Also preparing one public release for Christmas eve (or two).

The curator of the MiSTer repository doesn’t allow the use of git submodules nor Linux specific features such as symbolic links. Those conditions do not suit my development needs.
Get a load of @sentientsixp still butt hurt about this, to the point of trying to lecture someone on GPL. This is fooking RICH.
