I’m not saying it can’t be done but the menu system is made to fit 15 kHz, and is generated by the FPGA itself. Sure, the structure is stored in the main binary but there’s no GPU to draw a “modern menu”. The new Super System HD by Terraonion seems to have a pretty cool UI with game art. Using way less resources than DE-10 Nano.
