I clearly see an issue already in that photo. The RED led behind the audio jack is too big, so that neither the audio or SPDIF cable would fit. On the other side: Missing IO4 jumper, maybe cheap/huge ESR 100uF ac-coupling capacitors, maybe wrong >1% resistor arrays... Hi pb crap!
