      Why do we even still talk about how downloading ROMs is piracy? Anyone own a time machine to be able to go back and buy the games they want for full price, thus putting food on the table of the devs back in 19xx? No? Then there's no conversation to be had about it.

      Buying a game second hand, is NOT the same thing as downloading a ROM mate. Seriously can't tell if you are *acting* dumb, or actually are. When you buy a second hand game there is ALWAYS an initial purchase to tie back to & physical transfer. ROM dumps == 1 sale, infinite reuse.pic.twitter.com/jXKvEYyOgz

      Hey Ben, I like you but the difference is legally defined in the First Sale doctrine, which specifically makes buying used a legal activity. Downloading ROM's is not.
