That update script is using roms available freely on http://archive.org You can disable the part where it grabs the roms in the script setup

Your right just dont want to get into a big argument roms are freely availible but that dont make them legal i am not kidding myself we are all playing games we dont own or have not paid for but if it wasnt for emulation a lot these games would have been gone for ever
