I've not seen anyone prove that beyond simply claiming the pins were missing. I've not seen a schematic comparison showing them intentionally mislabeling a 5.1 board as 6.0. Please feel free to correct me. THAT is a legit issue IF proven.
That's what I gathered from all this, I could be wrong though. That said, the BOM for the 6.0 board does include the pin header, so they are indeed off specs either way.
"off specs" for not including a header is a big stretch, even for me as pedantic as I am. We likewise can't just "gather" things up and make claims that further lead to a seller getting shit on sans supporting evidence.
