      It looks like your layout will not work as expected in terms of Signal Integrity (SI). It looks like an auto routed layout not maintaining the right differential impedance on all the 4x pairs of the HDMI connector.       I understand, just saying that HDMI is quite high speed layout stuff... not trivial. Without a proper controlled impedance PCB stackup and correct impedance matched transmission lines it won’t work.I could help you routing the PCB if you want, when you have finished the schematic

      I think I have the impedance correct, 10 mill trace width 4 mill separation stackup JLC2313 worked out to 51.5ohms which is within the spec. I did not see anything about the shields, I assumed they all get commoned to GND, but I can go back and change that if its wrong.pic.twitter.com/D9hDs2t3mr

      I have realized the most important issue is that you are not connecting the pinout correctly with those connector orientation/rotation. Pin 1 is not connected to Pin 1, and so on...
