What about anytime you run the update scripts and a Linux prompt pops up? To be fair those update scripts really should just have a way to interface with the main UI and run in background mode. But since that doesn’t happen (yet?) it’s definitely not hidden from users.

If I shouldn’t know mister has Linux what about even the basics, like setting up WiFi? That really should be at least a script included with the distribution. I just did a clean reinstall this week and it wasn’t. https://github.com/MiSTer-devel/Main_MiSTer/wiki/WiFi-setup …

You just don't understand. You should take back your DE10-nano and just get a Raspi ;)pic.twitter.com/Trx0shQYVp

Sometimes treating DE10+MiSTer as a “black box” for most users and devs, and writing hard to read code for those users (for instance using single/dual letter variables) is ###. I guess lots of people want to learn about FPGA hardware/programming n they can’t easily with it now

People just need a more flexible option for developing and researching in both RPi and FPGA gaming worlds, yes, alone or TOGETHER... not very feasible with the current hw platforms IMHO...
