this is the thingy I've been talking about, its basically the same kind of one on the naomi, if we could bail out
@toyoshim's JVS code to expect this it would simplify it (and we could port it to other chips easier)

fyi, AFAIK, MiSTer people is developing a JVS host extension board now. I was asked a few months ago, and added host support code to my iona's jvs library for their use :)

Secondary FYI... we already have it working, with a $15 part, but
