      There's a dude in Chicago that has been importing candy cabs for a long while. He's had a couple surplus sans some burn. I was able to buy this MS9 w chassis, and remote for $500 cash and pickup for full disclosure. Ya gotta keep looking and especially ASKING for a better deal.

      Desperate times I suppose... they ain’t making any more of them, so if you want one with minimal burn and no scratches you don’t have many options. Those nanao ms9 toshiba tubes have a unique curve not found in many consumer sets so doing a tube swap isn’t really viable either 😔

      Considering a chassis is 200-250, and a tube is 2-300 I'm ok with a complete MS9 at $500. Mind you I'm ALSO in Chicagoland, a candy cab desert. I put a freshly serviced Jurassic Park chassis one this one, and mothballed my previous serviced MS9 in plastic. I may even buy another.pic.twitter.com/whEWiPPoJD
