TIL you can swap the daughter board of a SEGA Naomi NETDIMM to update a DIMM. I was able to update my DIMM to CFW 4.03 to play games from a CD-R. That's freaking cool.pic.twitter.com/ApjBGZMcM6

It means I upgraded my netdimm to CFW 4.3 which allows Sega Naomi Games burned to a CD-R to work in a GD-ROM.
