    3) I disagree w/ here though: While true that no one cares about , , , , etc; growth is happening from traditional II's is in verticals/strategies that they understand - for example Distressed / Value / Event investing )

    1) Agree w/ but for different reasons First, crypto "fund managers" rarely talk to actual institutional investors. LPs who were already in crypto & simply recycled & profits into crypto funds are not representative of true II's (Pensions, endowments, etc)

Perhaps real investors are beginning to allocate after finishing 18-36 months of due diligence (how long it actually takes), while other early investors (HNWs/VCs) are realizing that "2 guys & a TradingView account w/ no experience" is not the best way to gain exposure to crypto.

I applaud everyone who is entrepreneurial & following a passion. But apprenticeships are underrated. Young traders/PMs shouldn’t be in such a hurry to run a book w/out proper training. Doctors don’t operate on real patients right away. Managing client money is a learned skill.

    6) This week's themes are: a) The crypto "loser" rally (which I already alluded to here ) b) Inflation and debt are ugly beasts -- when and how does this end? Sign up here to read it when it's posted
