“Pathogen identification (including nucleic acid detection and virus isolation and culture) and cause tracing are ongoing, and common respiratory diseases such as influenza, avian influenza, and adenovirus infection have been ruled out.” https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwjw.wuhan.gov.cn%2Ffront%2Fweb%2FshowDetail%2F2020010309017 …

Increase in cases from 27 to 44 (presumably due to searching for similar cases). Downgrading of link to market (“some cases”)? “No clear evidence of” h2h - but a bit of hedging here?

Previous zoonotic clusters of respiratory viruses (with no/limited h2h2) have involved live animals (i.e., H7N9 AIV, MERS). Without a clear common zoonotic exposure it must be difficult to rule out h2h (hence 'no clear evidence'). It can be difficult to trace source (e.g. MERS).
