Hey @eir, I signed up on March 28th for your 1000Mb broadband. It’s now May 7th and my order still hasn’t been processed. Called your support line 6-7 times now. It’s been escalated 3 times. I’ve been told order is “stuck” in your system and I can’t even cancel it

We signed up for Virgin Mobile Broadband as we needed something anyway. No other company has 1000Mb fibre to the home, though.

I think Virgin is about 70-100Mb where I live, which is enough for me, that is more bandwidth than the default Wifi can get. Magnet used to give FTTH, but is available in very few places.
