Hey @eir, I signed up on March 28th for your 1000Mb broadband. It’s now May 7th and my order still hasn’t been processed. Called your support line 6-7 times now. It’s been escalated 3 times. I’ve been told order is “stuck” in your system and I can’t even cancel it

They've outsourced all their customer service team afaik. I wouldn't go near them if you can move elsewhere.

The 1000Mb fibre to the home is so tempting though… We already for Virgin Mobile broadband in the meanwhile as we needed something. If this ever materialises, we’re going to keep the Virgin one as a backup (an expensive backup on an 18-month contract but what can you do?)
