Hey @eir, I signed up on March 28th for your 1000Mb broadband. It’s now May 7th and my order still hasn’t been processed. Called your support line 6-7 times now. It’s been escalated 3 times. I’ve been told order is “stuck” in your system and I can’t even cancel it

Can they beat 41 days to set up an account? Eir is setting the bar high with that one!

Vudu changed us $20 for no reason and we had to Chargeback with our bank company. Still processing the chargeback after 2 months. We paid Comcast $100 for 200 MBPS download and 40 upload. Never got more than 25 on wifi and 150 on ethernet(gigabit Ethernet wire and port)
