Their product doesn’t even work. AFAIK, I would still have GDPR rights even when being abroad and visiting the site e.g. from a local Starbucks’ Wifi.
Also, a non-EU based citizen who uses an EU based server through VPN would be blocked, but that’s not even an issue,it’s the fact that these approaches will encourage privacy-violating business models; it might work with a different implementation, other products might pop-up...
