@lyricalpolymath has started the conversation with his post "https://medium.com/@lyricalpolymath/web3-design-principles-f21db2f240c1 …" but it will be interesting to see company like @ConsenSys proposing a kind of manifesto like the simple and straightforward one by @indie https://2017.ind.ie/ethical-design/ @starsoup7https://twitter.com/ricburton/status/987298094609059840 …

I love
@lyricalpolymath! Personally, I think much of@ConsenSys's aggregated UX knowledge will be evidenced in our (eventually open source) design system...a living manifesto maybe? I'll be more comfortable when we have a lot more users & data to inform principles though1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -

Humm... I am not sure that a manifesto like this one https://2017.ind.ie/ethical-design/ requires having a lot more users & data. Respect "human experience, human effort, human rights"

I suppose not, but a manifesto like that is pretty general and I'm not sure of the value Consensys making a similar one would provide unless we're giving concrete examples specific to web3

The beauty of a simple guide like the Ethical Design Manifesto is that we can easily evaluate any “web3” examples you come up with to judge whether they are, indeed, ethical. Looking forward to seeing them.
