Fair point. Yet, the data science knowledge required is scarce and public sector pays such that regulators will have a hard time with it.

That’s ok and can be fixed. Let’s see what’s going on in the factory farm and if anyone has trouble interpreting the machinery, we can get them the necessary training. No reason not to inspect the factory farm.
