@eircare Hey folks, just signed up for the 1000Mb home broadband plan. Got a letter confirming the setup of my SEPA Direct Debit Mandate. But I have no other info. I was given an account # in online chat when the order was taken but it’s not being recognised by 1901. Help? :)

Hi Kyle, I signed up on the 28th of March. I received the Direct Debit acceptable letter but no other correspondence. Went to an Eir store yesterday and they confirmed by Account Number in their systems but 1901 doesn’t recognise it. Thoughts? I can’t even reach tel support.

Hey Thomas, it was apparently stuck in your order system. Managed to finally talk to a human being and I’ve been told that it’s been nudged loose and will be navigating its way through its bowels and that I should expect a call within 48 hours.
