Web browsers should be mandated by law to display privacy warnings – like the messages on cigarette packs – on sites that are known to include third-party trackers as well on the sites/apps of people farmers like Facebook and Google that directly harvest and monetise data.

I think it has a provision allowing for individuals to demand companies delete all data about them - or face a (up to) 20 million euro fine (per instance/person) for non-compliance. I'll have to dig through the regs again to make sure I got that correct.
