        This raises interesting questions in my mind WRT Tesla etc (probably other builders too but Tesla talk most about telemetry and logging). They see everything the car does, EVERYTHING. How does one trust that not to be evil? *Can* one trust that not to be evil?

        The framing is also weird. If I make a mistake by stepping on the road, the cars might kill an innocent bystander. How's that in any way ethical? Also somehow AVs seem to have lost horns or any other way of signaling danger.
