Have you read The Open Source Definition lately? It includes ethics: https://opensource.org/osd

Where ? « 5.The license must not discriminate against any person or group of persons»? That's a small (but important) piece of ethics. But "discrimination" doesn't mean "software may not hurt people" (by reducing people freedoms or putting them on oppressive systems, for example)
