I fail to see how you can allow yourself to be branded a Lord and yet purport to struggle for equality and fairness.

On the merits of such an exceedingly well-articulated retort, how can one do anything but comply forthwith in earnest? :)

I'm sorry but I'm sick of people coming for Adonis' name, position, holiday destination etc and not just getting on with agreeing or disagreeing with his brilliant take down of the direction this government is taking.
-
Surely we can both agree with his brilliant take down and disagree with a system of privilege that he perpetuates through association? How are the two in any way mutually exclusive?
-
I just think we are in the system we are in, and I for one believe the HoL needs replacing with a more democratic model, but I still believe Adonis deserves a voice in the current model. Especially when his points are so vital.
-
I agree.

Oh I'm coming over all emotional. This doesn't happen much on twitter.

Er, Adonis is his name. He is the son of a Greek immigrant waiter.
-
Hint: my criticism isn’t about the Adonis part.
-
Really, so why all the Philip Pullman stuff and why not "Lord" in quotes rather than "Lord Adonis"?

He can't help his surname - though I do chuckle every time I hear it
