1. It’s called whistleblowing (look it up sometime). 2. You don’t have to trust him as it’s open source (so anyone can verify exactly what it does via https://github.com/guardianproject/haven …) and all communication is end-to-end encrypted (again, look it up). So please stop spreading FUD.https://twitter.com/MaggieJordanACN/status/944951212797022208 …
Maggie, you really can’t have it both ways. Either @snowden is a traitor and a thief and can’t be trusted or is working for the US government and can’t be trusted, which is it?
Also, how is this “a govt app?” It’s by @FreedomofPress & @guardianproject…

… (Components used by it – eg., Tor – were/are funded by the US govt but, unless you have the sources to back it up, saying that this app is a govt app, developed by DoD/NSA is just a blatant untruth. If you do have the sources, by all means, please break that monumental story.)
Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

The point of the tweet went over head. You didn’t like “do you trust Snowden”, so I reversed the Q to see if your response would be the same.

Your tweet wasn’t one of them.)

Snowden lost his ‘trustworthy creds’ the moment he stole from the gov, leaked and ran.
