As a Google opposer I read through Google Home TOS and could not find anything indicating it spies on you. It was actually puzzling.

They don't warn against any product, if I read a couple of them correctly. They mention the privacy concerns and let you decide yourself.

Do they mention the privacy concerns, though? Do you see any privacy concerns about Alphabet, Inc. & Google, Inc.’s business models, privacy policy, and opaque algorithms? Can you point me to one example where Mozilla has criticised Google’s surveillance-based business model?
