That is a strange story... "encrypted 1715 times.... HUH?" (might be my lack of coffee)

Author of the post here. It's actually 1715. This is a screenshot of the JS code.pic.twitter.com/3QcmYRBnNS

There is the BUCLE constant which value is 1714, yes. But it's used like this: `hash(bucleHash(key,BUCLE));` Notice the extra hash?
-
For the record: that's not my code. I find that code quite ugly.

I think that 1715x loop is a bug. We catalans are "charmed" by 1714, the year where Barcelona fell.
-
It could be a reference to the Utrecht treaty, though.
-
I'm 99% sure it's a bug too. See this tweet and its response:https://twitter.com/jm_s_p/status/912390321874534401 …

Insteresting, but this web is near to be closed, and right now it doesn't run
-
The web runs just fine, they won't be able to shut it down. The issues have to do with what spanish ISP are doing.https://medium.com/@josepot/com-evitar-la-censura-de-webs-imposada-per-lestat-espanyol-97a856aad2bb …
