Have you updated your service to take the removal of roaming charges in the EU into consideration. Does the sim consider the EU as Home?
It only affects Home service providers in the EU that charge their customers for using their home services while travelling(roaming).
(Unless @KnowRoaming handles EU as “home” and doesn’t kick in, I’m going to have to remove the sticker.)
When you are on KnowRoaming, you are not on an EU service provider. We are not a monthly service. We are a choice for cheaper rates.
OK, thanks—answers my question in a roundabout way. I’ll have to stop using you as I want seamless roaming in EU (& mostly travel within).
We understand. We are available if you plan to travel outside of EU.
Yeah, I’d keep the sticker on if the experience was seamless within the EU – I would ideally like to keep using it outside the EU but can’t.
