With our skillset, you know as much as I do that that’s a false dichotomy. But still, yes, not all understand what they contribute to.

Indeed. And let’s not forget that often they too are manipulated by PR about their role/the mission/business model of the company.

I often see people - good, hardworking , talented people, who are essentially too scared to quit their job despite abuse.
