Nice theory. But it is not a strategy. We cannot fight (and win) this battle against the Octopus if we are decentralized in strategy.
There needs to be a stick. A very large stick that punishes data aggregators and people farmers and excludes them from the commons.
Also the commons needs a defence force that fights against NSA spyware and its clones of ransomware. People need to pay for this defence.
