I don't agree that those people should be named and shamed. Any decision about the feature was for Uber management to sign off.

Uber should be reprimanded. Their app removed from the App Store. Their business destroyed. But, a witch hunt is not appropriate response.

It’s time to start holding developers responsible. They had every chance to say no. “Just following orders” not acceptable.
