      My experience has been the vast majority of privacy-intrusions that go unchecked is bc the victims don't realize they're being watched

      That's not meant as a moral criticism of the victims, nor that they're being "irresponsible" in the usual sense of victim blaming

      So the two biggest solutions I see are: (1) bystanders that have the technical knowledge to see what's happening educate the victims
