I’m honestly not kidding, but I get that treatment when I speak English on the phone. Have a friend speak and no problems.

I switched to a local opticians where I didn’t get that treatment. Was easier :)

Unfortunately the treatment is often from individuals who aren’t comfortable with English. It’s not the company per se. -
